Shipping policy

All of our items are made to order, orders require 2-4 days production time (may be longer during holidays).

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. At that point, it will get sent to the production queue. Once your order is packed and on the way to you, you will receive a shipping email with your tracking information.

Standard shipping takes 7-10 business days, express shipping (only available in US) takes 3-5 business days.

We do our very best to ship items as quickly as possible, but please know that shipping times may be longer during holiday sales due to high production volume.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred on international orders are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by us. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid upon delivery. 

We are not responsible for:

• Your order that did not arrive due to factors within your control (ex: providing the wrong shipping address)
• Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Kyber (ex: not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
• Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Kyber
