All sales are FINAL. No returns/refunds/exchanges.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred on international orders are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by us. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid upon delivery. 

All customers agree to pay in full for all items before shipment is received.

We are not responsible for:

• Your order that did not arrive due to factors within your control (ex: providing the wrong shipping address)
• Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Kyber (ex: not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
• Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Kyber

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order.

We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.

We encourage you to sign-up for our emailing list so you can receive advanced notice of store sales, and new merchandise. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.

All sales final - no returns or exchanges. Please make sure your shipping and billing address are correct as they can not be modified after placing an order. If your order is sent back due to an incomplete address you will be responsible for paying for the shipping cost to reship your order.
